Familia Piernas understand quality as a management tool by which we plan and develop the activities necessary for the development of our products, meeting the statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the food sector through the implementation of Self-Control and Systems Best Practices for Handling and Hygiene.

Our development in Pre-cooked dishes activities are certified to ISO 9001:2008, and are being adapted for the early implementation of the protocols for Food Safety IFS v.5 and BRC Ed.5, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving and continuous customer satisfaction.
